Language confines the parameters of our thought and, therefore, shapes the contours of our world. Sometimes, despite best intentions, biases and negativity can become embedded in the way we think - calcifying into the very barriers of educational opportunity we seek to tear down. This PD is centered on exploring how we can reframe our language and thinking to better support scholar opportunity and growth. Dreamers will walk away from this session with strategies to encourage dynamic thinking. This PD is intended for anyone searching to expand accessibility and opportunity for our youth.
